Cancellation Policy

FOR NEW CLIENTS & FULL SETS: Deposit must be made to ensure booked appointment. For all services: • Appointments may only be rescheduled TWICE within the 48 hour policy window • No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeit of deposit OR a request of 40% of your overall service price. • There is a 5 min grace period anything later will be rescheduled • No +Ones
